Technology: PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT A NASTY PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG NEWEST PHONE GALAXY NOTE 5. Samsung users have discovered a design flaw in the newest phone "Galaxy Note 5" that makes it all too easy to reinsert the S pen the wrong way ,disabling certain feature on phone. With previous versions of the Note , it was difficult to insert the S pen incorrectly.It required a certain amount of force,making users aware that the S pen was facing the wrong direction.
